Viewings

Contact our office as soon as you have seen a property that you would like to view. We will do our best to arrange viewings at a time to suit you although we would recommend trying to view in daylight as well leaving yourself plenty of time to have a good look around.

Offers

Once you have found your dream home, we will put an offer forward to the vendor. If your offer is accepted, we will take the property of the market and it will be "sold subject to contract". Your mortgage broker should then arrange for a survey to be carried out, but if you are a cash buyer then we can arrange that through our own surveyors.

Solicitors

As soon as your offer has been accepted by the vendor, you should instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf. Your solicitor will handle all legal requirements of your purchase. Forefront can offer you this service on a no sale no fee basis.

Exchange & Completion

Once the contract has been signed by both parties, a deposit (normally a small percentage of the purchase price) is paid by either bank transfer or banker's draft. At this stage, the parties agree on a date for completion and your solicitor will exchange contracts. Completion usually follows a few days after and you can pick up the keys. Congratulations, you are now the owner of your new home!
