We will agree to reduce our Agency Fee for selling your property, by an amount equal to the respective Legal Fee refund shown above providing you instruct our nominated solicitor firm, and sell your property through our estate agency.
The nominated solicitor will write with a personalised illustration of fees and charges. They will not commence any work until you have confirmed your acceptance in writing.
The nominated solicitor firm will work closely with us and keep us updated on the progress of the sale of your property. This will help to ensure the sale goes through quickly and with minimal fuss. By working together we believe we can provide an improved service.
If you do not wish to take up this conveyancing offer, you are free to instruct a solicitor of your choice, and be responsible for all fees and costs.
