Forefront offers Landlords a choice of 4 different levels of service. The package you chose will depend on how hands-on you want to be, the level of responsibility you are prepared to accept and the time and energy you have available to manage your property investment and Tenancy.
1. Tenant Find
Our tenant find service covers everything you need to market your property and find the right tenant.
60% of initial advertised price + VAT (paid upfront)
2. Find & Let
Our find and let service includes everything you need to find your tenant and get all the paperwork and legals sorted.
80% of 1st month rent + VAT
3. Let & Rent Collection
Our let and rent collection service also includes the collection of regular rental payments as well as dealing with any arrears should they occur.
£395 to find a Tenant, then 8% of the rent due per month + VAT
4. Fully Management
A fully managed service for start to finish, giving you a hassle free let and full piece of mind for your property.
£395 to find a Tenant, then 10% of the rent due per month + VAT
